Why is it that black people statistically have a higher crime rate?

I think first of all people don't understand how they live, it's not always about them not being well educated. You may not understand their life like I said, their parents or siblings, friends etc may do drugs and be addicts, they have to deal with this stuff, people being murdered, them seeing violence, being in poverty and no way out makes them struggle and them in turn produce crime to get what they need to survive, or try to improve their lives because that is the way they see it. < It's not the best thing to do. You probably don't understand this, or have experienced this stuff, since you are asking the question. Anyways. that's why you don't judge people, they may actually be really good people deep down in their hearts, but in the out side is where it is all exposed. I wish that people could look at this in this perspective>their iving conditions.
