What is the likelihood for a woman to conceive at 38-years-old?

I am 26, and my girlfriend is 38. There has been one major concern on our minds, and that is whether or not we can raise a family. Now, I recognize that anything is possible, and that I am the one who could have a problem in spite of the fact that I am younger. But statistically, when do women start having real difficulty conceiving?
