Frankie J or bruno mars?.....?

I was wondering if I'm the only one who noticed this but does Bruno mars sound like him? Also there is a song on youtube called Runaway, does anyone know if it's by frankie J or Bruno Mars? Am I the only one who thinks Frankie J is underrated? Thankyou :) no mean answers please :)
