Do you think their is someone alive that could have been better than Jordan?

I mean considering how many people live on the planet and how few of them play basketball statistically speaking their is a good chance that their are at least 50 people who maybe never played basketball or maybe never heard of basketball that had the potential to be better than Jordan they just never played the game. What do you think?
