How do I test whether an observation is different from zero in excel?

I have a spreadsheet with a bunch of calculations. I need to test if they are statistically different from zero. My guess is that I have to use some kind of T statistic, but I can't remember how. Keep in mind that there is only one column of numbers I need to test.
