Does anyone know statistically, how difficult it is to get on phoenix Fire Department?

I use to live in Colorado and was trying to get on Denver Fire. Unfortunately as I was working through the cadet program I got a DUI this resulted in me being disqualified for life at the time I was 21. This disqualification occurred because I had another DWAI that was dropped when I was 18. But obviously the Fire Dept has the capability of finding a DWAI, even if it was dropped. The one that was dropped was combined with the DUI that I received resulting in immediate termination. I recently moved to Phoenix and was told the they were less harsh. I have not drank since that last DUI at 21, I am now 28 I am hoping that I can find a fire department that will recognize that I have made necessary lifestyle/character changes to fulfill the demands of this occupation.
